Summer Ballet Intensive

August 4-24 2008  

 SUMMER BALLET INTENSIVE offers training at the intermediate and advanced levels. The classes meet Mon-Fri 9:00 am –3:30pm. We are located at 5437 Central Ave Suite 6 in Newark, CA. 94560

Making The Pointe Ballet Academy is proud to offer the Summer Ballet Intensive, a program of serious study in a warm and supportive atmosphere. An exceptional faculty provides caring and careful instruction conducive to technical and artistic progress. Students have the opportunity to:

  • grow technically through two or three hours daily in ballet class, as well as  additional classes in pointe
  • deepen their understanding of important concepts in injury prevention, such as proper alignment and rotation
  • sample a taste of professional life in a full day  dance experience, including rehearsals for a final performance
  • strengthen their personal goals, discipline, and focus

The Summer Ballet Intensive is a three-week program for students ages 11-18.
This program is designed for students who have had at least 3 years of ballet training and minimum of one year of pointe classes.

Registration due by June 23, 2008

Registration accepted only with the minimum payment.
All new students must pay non refundable $25.00 registration fee.

 

Tuition: $550

The three week session concludes with an in studio performance.  

Classes for all other levels continue as normally scheduled throughout the summer.
